BOF purging plug
Using high quality magnesium such as large crystalline fused magnesia and dicalcium fused magnesia as aggregates and high-purity flake graphite as the main raw material. In response to the oxygen blowing smelting environment and corrosion mechanism at the bottom of the furnace, additives are added to improve product performance. Phenolic resin is used as binder, and it is produced by high-pressure molding and drying treatment.
Main application: Used for oxygen purging smelting at the bottom of BOF.
Main features: This product has the characteristics of stable structure, adjustable air permeability, high blowing rate, erosion resistance, corrosion resistance, and long service life which are beneficial for purifying molten steel, achieving uniform composition and temperature, suitable for refining furnaces that require long-term or special treatment of molten steel.
