As the core driving force of the company's technological innovation and product development, Beijing Lirr R&D Center carries the important mission of promoting the progress of the industry. Since its establishment, it has always been committed to the research and development of cutting-edge technologies in the field of high-temperature industrial refractories.
Relying on the company's strong resource platform and rich industry experience, the R&D center brings together a high-quality, professional R&D team with more than 100 high-level talents such as State Council special allowance experts, professorial-level senior engineers, PhDs and masters, etc., and the proportion of R&D personnel is more than 35%, which provides solid intellectual support for the company's technological innovation and product development.
The R&D center is equipped with advanced experimental and testing instruments and equipment at home and abroad. Relying on strong support platforms such as national CNAS-certified laboratories, national postdoctoral research stations and academician expert workstations, the center strengthens the cooperation between the industry, academia and research institutes as well as international exchanges and cooperation, and has made a number of breakthroughs in the fields of basic science and technology as well as key core technologies.
