Product Introduction

The chromium corundum castable produced by our company has good resistance to coal slag erosion and have high-temperature strength, small high-temperature line changes, and stable long-term performance under high temperature and high pressure reducing atmosphere.

Our company offers optimized designs and configurations for refractory materials used in gasifiers tailored to different operational conditions. This ensures a high overall service life for the gasifier while minimizing the consumption of refractory materials. The chromium-containing products developed and manufactured by our company exhibit excellent resistance to coal slag erosion, penetration, high-temperature gas stream abrasion, and thermal spalling. They also show good thermal shock stability. Additionally, the silicon carbide-based coatings have excellent adhesion, high strength at elevated temperatures, and superior resistance to slag and gas stream erosion.
These products are widely used in water coal slurry pressurized gasifiers such as TEXACO, multi-nozzle opposed, and multi-component slurry systems, as well as in powder coal pressurized gasifiers such as SHELL and HT-L. Their performance is proven to be excellent in these applications.
