Huang Yuguang, Secretary of the CPC Haicheng Municipal Committee, Conducts a Research Visit to Haicheng Lier Company

On the morning of March 19, Huang Yuguang, Secretary of the CPC Haicheng Municipal Committee, visited Haicheng Lier Company for an inspection. He was accompanied by Li Ruinan, Vice Mayor of Haicheng City; Pan Ding, Director of the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology; and Niu Yuqing, Party Secretary of Bali Town. Zhao Xianhua, General Manager of Haicheng Lier Company, received and escorted the delegation during the visit.
Secretary Huang Yuguang visited the intelligent brick-making workshop that does not use coal-fired kilns, conducted an on-site inspection of the well-organized production area, and sought detailed information from General Manager Zhao Xianhua regarding the workshop’s investment scale, construction progress, and the configuration of key process equipment for forming, packaging, and other operations. General Manager Zhao Xianhua provided a step-by-step briefing to Secretary Huang Yuguang. In the workshop’s central control room, General Manager Zhao Xianhua delivered a special report, drawing on comparative data to discuss raw material supply, capacity utilization, investment returns, market regions, and market conditions.
Secretary Huang Yuguang highly commended the achievements of Haicheng Lier’s intelligent transformation. He noted that Beijing Lier, as a leading enterprise in China’s refractory materials industry, has been deeply engaged in the sector for many years and ranks at the forefront of the industry in terms of R&D capabilities, market share, and smart manufacturing. He expressed the hope that the company will seize the window of opportunity presented by the transformation and upgrading of the magnesite industry, consolidate its traditional strengths, accelerate its transition to high-end, green, and intelligent new-materials applications, and set a new benchmark for high-quality development in the refractory materials industry. During the field visit, Secretary Huang Yuguang stated that he looks forward to further meetings with Lier Group’s leadership to engage in in-depth exchanges on issues such as the industrialization of magnesium metal. General Manager Zhao Xianhua pledged to promptly report on progress and actively facilitate coordination between the two sides, working together to write a new chapter in the development of the magnesium industry.
