This eco-friendly, water-based spray-repair material uses high-purity fused magnesia as the main raw material, with special binders and sintering agents. It is processed with a specific water ratio under a unique production technique.
Main Application: Designed for rapid hot repair of the large surface areas and bottom sections of BOF.
Main Features: This water-based, magnesium-silicate-bound material has a short sintering time (approximately 20 minutes for 2 tons), emits no smoke during sintering, and is environmentally friendly and pollution-free. With strong erosion resistance, it significantly reduces repair frequency, shortens repair time, accelerates steelmaking rhythm, and thereby increases BOF steel output.
